Maintenance-side support through implementation and after go-live: configuration, functional location and equipment hierarchy design, notification and order types, testing, cutover and end-user training.

Data

Master data cleansing, enrichment and governance

Cleansing, enriching and governing equipment, functional location, BOM and material master records. We build the taxonomy on ISO 14224, so equipment classes, boundary definitions and failure coding follow the standard your reliability data will later be judged against, and we design the SAP Master Data Governance workflow so new records are created correctly the first time.

A functional location structure is settled in week three of an implementation and lived with for fifteen years. We map the levels onto the ISO 14224 taxonomy, from installation down to maintainable item, so failure data stays comparable across sites. Get the levels wrong and every report built on top of them is wrong too.

Analytics

Failure data and reliability analytics

Turning maintenance history into decisions. We pull notification and order data out of SAP PM or Maximo and analyse it for failure patterns, bad actors and interval optimisation, using Weibull analysis, Python and Power BI. Failure modes and mechanisms are coded to ISO 14224, so the results can be compared across sites and against published industry data rather than only against themselves.

A cleaned failure history dataset, Weibull fits by failure mode, a ranked bad actor list, and a dashboard your team can keep running.

IREAMS, the platform we are building the reliability logic into

Facilitated reliability analysis is slow largely because the tooling is. RCM and FMEA sessions run in spreadsheets, criticality scores get re-keyed by hand, and RCA findings rarely make it back into the maintenance plan.

AARS is a shareholder in IREAMS, an enterprise reliability and asset management platform built to close that gap. We shape the reliability engineering side of it: the RCM decision logic, the failure mode structures, the criticality framework, and how results get written back into the maintenance record rather than into another document nobody opens.
