About AARS
Agile Asset Reliability Solutions Inc. is an Alberta-incorporated consultancy based in Calgary, founded in 2026 by three directors who spent their careers inside operating plants rather than advising from outside them.
We took the name seriously. Asset reliability work fails when it becomes a binder nobody opens: a strategy written by consultants, handed over, and quietly abandoned. We work in short scoped blocks, with your team in the room, and we measure whether the change held.

How we work
Scoped, not open ended
Fixed deliverables and a fixed end date. If the work should continue, we make that case with evidence rather than drifting into it.
Your team builds it
Workshops are facilitated, not performed. The people who run the plant own the logic behind every decision we document.
Measured afterwards
Each engagement closes with a short set of measures and a check-in date, so you can see whether it actually changed anything.
Standards we work to
Reliability advice is only portable if it is built on something published. These are the frameworks our deliverables reference.
ISO 14224
Equipment taxonomy, boundary definitions and failure coding, applied to master data cleansing and to every failure analysis we run.
SMRP body of knowledge
The five pillars framework behind our maintenance strategy and work management practice.
CMRP
Certified practice in business and management, equipment reliability, organisation and leadership, work management and manufacturing process reliability.
